This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police detained a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
