More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
