Major Moscow's Strikes Eliminate Electricity Across Kyiv
Overnight, Russian aerial assaults have caused power cuts in extensive areas of Ukraine's capital, Kyiv.
A number of civilians were wounded while residents in the city's east were left without electricity and faced interruptions to water supplies, per reports from local authorities.
Simultaneously, a seven-year-old child was lost their life in a separate aerial attack in the Zaporizhzhia region in the country's south-east, based on information from regional authorities.

"What is required is not symbolic gestures but strong steps - from the America, European nations and the G7 - in delivering protection systems and implementing restrictions," he wrote in a online statement.
Authorities reported that 450 drones and over thirty rockets attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure, describing such strikes as "cynical and calculated" and against "everything that sustains normal life" as winter approaches.
Government representatives said Moscow was "conducting extensive attacks" and technical staff were working to fix the damage.
A wave of strikes hit power facilities and apartment buildings in the capital.
Several of the people wounded in the attacks on the city have been hospitalized, according to city authorities.
Regional authorities said the urban area came under intense attacks throughout the evening. A young boy was killed and multiple civilians were hurt.
The assaults succeed periods of air raids in the area, sections of which are currently controlled by Moscow's military.
The entire country is under warning for sophisticated projectile assaults, which are harder to spot.
Authorities told journalists that Russia was purposely seeking to destroy the electrical infrastructure, with assaults already impacting energy systems.
Officials stated technical personnel and government agencies were preparing for further attacks.
